To bring together in a spirit of friendship and goodwill all persons who share in the aspirations and successes of the men and women who pioneered in military aviation and in the Tuskegee experience; to foster recognition of and preserve the history of Black achievement in aviation; and to inspire and motivate young men and women toward endeavors in aviation and aerospace careers.
The Atlanta Chapter, Tuskegee Airmen, Inc., is a volunteer, non-profit, 501©3 organization committed to maintaining the legacy of patriotism, leadership and achievement for which Tuskegee Airmen are famous.
We provide mentors, role models, career guidance and character development activities for children and for young adults. We promote academic achievement in areas of communications, math, science and technology and encourage career development in fields of aviation and aerospace.
Membership in the Atlanta Chapter, TAI., is open to individuals who share the goals and aspirations of the Tuskegee Airmen Organization. Members are required to become knowledgeable about the history of the Tuskegee Airmen and to serve on committees and support activities to accomplish the goals and objectives of the organization.
